India-based HR consulting firm SCIKEY, has launched an AI and advanced data analytics based commerce platform in India and Malaysia markets.

With a particular focus on using hiring automation to provide a holistic candidate experience, SCIKEY plans to match the demand for talent on one platform with the supply of talent on the other.

“Hiring and staffing globally is one of the most manual professions crying for meaningful and holistic automation,” said Shriram Viswanathan, the Head of Product at SCIKEY, adding that the platform intends to address the gap, especially in burgeoning economies such as India and emerging markets including Malaysia.

The aim is to introduce flexibility to traditional databases and ensure that the hiring process has a level of consistency and scalability in a way that candidates from across the globe can be connected with recruiters and vice-versa in an environment that functions as a talent marketplace.

Funded by SRKay Consulting, the platform has spread across Finland as well and is now moving to the SEA market as well.
