With so much of changes being adopted over the last two years, it became critical for all the businesses to have the right people playing the senior roles to streamline growth and manage the disbursed workforce. To help businesses combat the situation,  CoffeeMug.ai, a community of over 2,50,000 senior officials launched an innovative talent solution to fill the senior positions using artificial intelligence. 

According to the official communique, through this platform, CoffeeMug.ai strives to cater to around 150 clients and drive revenue of USD 3 million by the end of FY 2022-23. The company also plans to strengthen the platform by onboarding more clients especially in the US market in the next few months. 

Commenting on the new launch, Dipti Tandon, Co-Founder & COO, CoffeeMug.ai said, “Finding the right talent has become highly challenging for leaders during these unprecedented times, especially for a senior role. Since we launched CoffeeMug.ai, our members highlighted the challenges they face in finding the right role for themselves, and we realized how big this opportunity is. By launching Talent Solutions, we have decided to address it. The best part is that we are starting with 35+ clients across India, the US, and Singapore, demonstrating that this is a global problem statement. We are excited about addressing it."

The company has already onboarded 35 clients across India, the US, and Singapore. The list includes marquee brands like Lenskart, Licious, Gaana, Haptik, Klub, Sugarbox, and Gameskraft, among others. 

With the launch of CoffeeMug Talent Solutions focused on senior-level hiring, the startup plans to tap into the USD 20 Bn annual global senior hiring market. The company also targets to expand its offering by allowing its members consisting of founders, HR heads, and CXOs, who are looking to expand the senior team in their organizations, to tap into the platform and directly engage with the qualified talent.
