Leading corporate learning and development entity, Manford, best know for The Corporate Breakthrough Workshop and Transformational Leadership Coaching, has announced their new venture SEEK.

SEEK will be the first enterprise to launch Organization Development (OD) intervention on smartphones targeting all employees across an organization. 

With SEEK, Manford plans on targeting 7% of the global training market for OD interventions and expects early adopters from sectors that include healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, IT, retail services and FMCGs with more than 500 employees. They also expect 100 organizations to sign up in the first year.

SEEK works with organization’s to define a strategic pan and identify behavioral and attitudinal shifts to help employees in achieving goals. 

SEEK offices are currently located in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi with 22 employees on board.
