HDFC Securities announced today that it has appointed Rajeev Srivastava as Head of Products and Business Development, effective from April 1, 2021.

Rajeev was previously associated with Reliance Securities as Chief Business Officer wherein he managed a complex ecosystem of physical branches, transaction portals, mobile trading apps, digital contact center, and integrated payment systems along with risk platforms.

He has almost two decades of experience in working with large retail companies such as ICICI Bank and Perfetti Vanmelle, setting up their business processes and early expansion plans.

On Rajeev's appointment, Dhiraj Relli, MD & CEO, HDFC securities said "Rajeev brings along with him a wealth of experience in dealing with products and outlining business strategies. He would add great value to our product offerings while helping our customers with a wide spectrum of investment options to choose from. Rajeev's understanding of the markets will play a critical role in greater penetration of HSL brand for our existing and new customers."  

On his appointment, Rajeev said " It is an absolute delight to join a dynamic organization like HDFC securities. My focus would be on creating value offerings for our clients in line with their investment objectives. We will be extensively working to make our products simpler and easier to invest, thereby increasing the participants in capital markets while helping them to achieve more out of their portfolios."
