IIM-A to train HAL executives
IIM-A will offer senior executives at HAL leadership development training, based on a recent move by the company to acknowledge changes in the business environment and challenges. This training will be offered to the executives through the company’s leadership development initiative. Under the comprehensive one-year programme, 30 senior executives of HAL will be groomed by professors of IIM-A.
