IndiaNivesh, a full-fledged financial services firm, has appointed Premal Doshi as Managing Director, Investment Banking. 

An industry expert in public market capital raising, Doshi has more than 25 years of experience in banking and financial services industry. Prior to joining IndiaNivesh, Doshi led the Equity Capital Markets division of IndusInd Bank in his capacity as the Executive Vice President. He has also help various leadership positions at Ambit Corporate Finance, Antique Capital Markets, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, Lazard India, and JP Morgan. 

“The growing need for the industry to raise risk capital in keeping pace with the economy will also fuel public fund raising activities in the coming years,” said Rajesh Nuwal, Founder & Managing Director, IndiaNivesh, adding that with an expert like Premal Doshi on board, the company has an opportunity to build a targeted growth story. 

Having played an instrumental role in kickstarting the Public Equity Markets business for IndusInd Bank, Premal Doshi said that he was looking forward to helping IndiaNivesh with strengthening its investment banking service offerings.
