Mumbai: Given the quicksilver external environment today, key result areas, or KRAs as they are called under the performance management system, are undergoing significant changes. Though KRAs have traditionally been set on an annual basis for individual employees, organizations now believe these can change anytime during the year to bring about a necessary course correction. Some companies now ask employees to tweak KRAs more frequently during the year, depending on risk assessment, etc.
