Global tech giant IBM is looking forward to hiring local talents for its new facility centre at Hyderabad, India. The company is going to set up this centre to offer clients business process operations (BPO) consultations from IBM Consulting. 

The new facility centre will offer BPO services on several verticals such as finance & accounts, procurement & supply chain, human resources & recruiting, and industry-specific processes including risk & compliance.

According to the official communique of IBM, the clients will enjoy enhanced user experience by leveraging IBM’s talent and capabilities in process re-engineering, data and technology. 

The communique further stated that the new facility is designed to serve an additional purpose of enabling resiliency for IBM Consulting by acting as a backup BPO site for other such centres in Chennai and Bengaluru.

Additionally, the onsite employees will also work in collaboration with IBM India Software Labs of Hyderabad to make use of AI and platform-oriented offering to make client operations seamless. 

Commenting on the move, Tony Menezes, Global Managing Partner – BPO, IBM Consulting said, “We will combine our deep industry domain expertise with world-class skills and diversity of talent of Telangana, as we witness significant growth in our Business Process Operations portfolio globally.”
