Global executive search firm, Positive Moves appoints Sonal Bahl, Saurabh Manchanda and Bharat Rawla as Partners. 

Bahl has been associated with the firm since 2012, and has played an instrumental role in the firm's evolution. Manchanda, on the other hand joined Positive Moves in 2008 as a Management Trainee. Rawla comes from Habrok Capital Management, where he worked as a Senior Partner. In his last role, he had been instrumental in the launch of the Habrok India hedge fund. 

Bahl and Manchanda will be based out of Gurugram, while Rawla will work from Positive Moves’ office in London. 

Bahl in her 7 years of experience at Positive Solutions has led a global portfolio of leadership searches across multiple sectors & has built deep client relationships. She has extensive experience of working in the firm’s Singapore/India offices and specializes in the Consumer Products, Telcom, Consumer Technology and Media practices. She has built deep domain knowledge and has influenced marquee clients for the executive search firm across North America, Europe and emerging markets. Prior to Positive Moves, Sonal was a part of the Talent Acquisition function at Bharti Airtel Limited and was responsible for developing the TA strategy for pan-India operations.

While Bahl pecializes in the Consumer Products, Telcom, Consumer Technology and Media practices, Manchanda focuses primarily on providing leadership executive search solutions to clients in the Infrastructure, Metals, Mining and Industrial sectors. He has extensively worked with leading global clients of the firm and has developed deep sectoral knowledge in the infrastructure and industrial practices where his thought leadership is much sought after by management teams on the client side.

Out of the three appointments, Rawla is the only one that comes from outside of the firm. A career investment banker, Rawla was most recently working with Habrok Capital Management as a Senior Partner. Prior to that he was with Macquarie Securities Group as a Board Member, Macquarie Capital Private Ltd, India and MD Head of Equities India, responsible for the strategy, growth and execution of the business. 

Rawla has also worked with Morgan Stanley for over 13 years where he led diverse global portfolios. He had joined the firm as part of their Specialist Sales team for global telecoms and over the years grew to lead businesses across EEMEA and Asia. During this time, he built strategic partnerships and capabilities, drove business strategy, identified value creating opportunities and grew within the firm to become Managing Director. 

Sudarshan Sharda, the Managing Partner, Positive Moves believes that Rawla’s experience and expertise is going to prove invaluable to Positive Move’s growth in Europe. 

Established in 1992, Positive Moves has been growing and expaniding. With a footprint extending across Europe, North America, Africa, Middle East, South Asia, Greater China Region, and Australia, it plans to further grow its business. These appointments might stretghten the firm's leadership and help bolster its growth. The in house experience of Bahl and Manchanda and the outside knowledge and expertize Rawla brings in will open new doors of opportunities for Positive Moves.
