According to a news report by the Economic Times the need for collaboration in the workplace has increased and in this complex operating environment, individual excellence has to be matched with collaborative work. According to the report, there are five ways to increase more collaboration at the workplace- stress on communication, set the stage, have clarity, encourage innovation, and embrace strength in diversity.
