Kerzner International, developer of destination resorts and luxury hotels, including Atlantis in Dubai, has chosen the HR & Talent Management software of Ramco Systems. This system on the cloud will be implemented across nine countries covering around 16,000 employees of Kerzner International. The solution will provide manpower planning and budgeting recruitment, employee data management, performance management, career and succession planning, training, employee self-service and payroll modules to Kerzner. Since the launch of its cloud-based HR & Talent Management software, Ramco has added an average of one customer a week, including Fortune 100 and global multinational brands, Virender Aggarwal, CEO, Ramco Systems, told a joint press conference.
