50% job applicants unhappy with application process

A survey conducted by Kelly Services reveals that more than half of candidates applying for jobs in companies are unhappy with the application process. In India, only 41 per cent of employees are happy with the application process, indicating a level of indifference that companies have for the recruitment process. Lack of regular communication is one of the key factors behind why candidates are unhappy with the application process in companies.
