According to the Kelly Services India report, the demand for analytics skills will increase in 2014 as compared to last year. The IT sector will see candidates receiving the highest increments across salary levels on job changes. On an average candidates can expect a 8=12% hike from existing employers. Another key trend seen across the recruitment market in 2014 will be the recruitment of specialized skills.
