Startups will create up to 3 lakh jobs by 2020. Several research studies conducted by independent research agencies that owing the amount of funding and growth projections that startups have, the hiring projections for startups look promising across sectors. Many research studies also suggest that almost 80 per cent of job aspirants prefer jobs at startups as compared to established companies.
