Visa Inc. announced its plans to recruit from the IITs with 120 offers and pay packages for international roles with compensation running up to Rs. 22 lakhs. The company plans to hire from 8 IITs, including Mumbai, Kanpur, Madras, Roorkee, Kharagpur, Delhi, and Madras. The company claims that since it is setting up in India, the culture in the company will be mostly like a startup.
