Pearson TalentLens and Future Learning join hands

Pearson TalentLens, a global leader in providing assessment solutions and Future Learning, the talent development arm of Future Group, the leader in modern retail in India, have joined hands to provide robust talent assessment and development solutions to the Indian Retail industry. This first of its kind initiative aims at addressing the dearth of talent in the multi-brand retail space by focussing on the assessment and development of skills and competencies that are fundamental for ensuring a great customer experience. With FDI in retail being announced recently, the demand for skilled workforce is going to increase in India. This partnership will set a global benchmarking standard by identifying the competency and behavioural gaps in retail employees using globally accepted scientific methods followed by the implementation of a robust learning plan that will make employees job ready in the shortest time possible.

The joint offering from Pearson TalentLens and Future Learning will consist of these assessments – Versant English Test for India, SOSIE, and Future Lead.
