Greater acceptance of female bosses - TimesJobs Survey

Employee preference is still skewed towards male bosses - though two sectors, media & entertainment and consumer durables/FMCG - are showing a growing preference for female leaders, a TimesJobs.com survey has revealed. Of all the respondents who took part in the survey, 66% said they preferred working with a male boss and the balance 44% voted for female bosses. In media and entertainment, and consumer durables/FMCG, 67% and 50% respectively leaned towards women leaders.
