At PeopleMatters’ flagship event, TechHR India 2022, which is also Asia’s largest HR and work tech conference, a keynote speech was delivered by Smiti Bhatt, the COO and co-founder of Advantage Club. 

Advantage Club is a global employee engagement and reward platform. Bhatt delivered her keynote speech on Building An Authentic Employee Connect. 

“I am going to talk about one of my favorite things to talk about – the employee experience,” she said as she began her keynote speech. 

“My ideology of an employee experience is that from the point an employee joins an organization to when he /she leaves, the entire journey is made of small moments. And it is these small moments that make an “employee experience”,” she said. 

“These moments really matter,” she said as she further went on to talk about the various elements of an employee experience. 

She also elaborated on the importance of open and honest communication between peers, transparency in terms of policy and transparency in terms of issue resolutions. 

“To make an organization future-ready you have to engage employees, you have to reward employees and you have to celebrate every moment of an employee’s journey,” she signed off.
