How candidates want to be recruited?

LinkedIn in its annual Global Talent Trends report on how candidates want to be recruited surveyed more than 26,000 professionals to understand their job seeking habits. It also surveyed about 6,745 people who recently changed jobs to understand what attracted them to their new jobs. Here is what the data says.
