By curating Learning Academies Coforge was able to tap into a holistic one-stop solution for all learning and certification requirements with a wide range of off-the-shelf, digital, blended, and classroom courses on varying skills and competencies.

The genesis of Elevate: Addressing core business challenges

For the purpose of this case study, we will turn the spotlight on Elevate. At the onset, it’s important to note that it is not a conventional training intervention for middle managers but a structured learning journey spanning three months. The program was designed considering the need for a robust leadership pipeline to support its growth and innovation objectives.
