Volume recruitment can be challenging and quality usually gets compromised in the process. While candidate volumes have increased by 33 per cent, 72 per cent of those candidates are considered low to average performing. With greater accessibility to information regarding potential employer, job applicants have an edge when applying to job. With more information, there is scope for greater doubts. Therefore, it is important to increase employer value proposition by focusing on three pillars to successful volume recruitment: Employer branding, candidate experience and recruiting efficiency.
