The number of internet users has increased exponentially and a large percentage of people who use internet are now active on some or the other social media platform. People connect and collaborate digitally. In fact, the new generaton will have these technologies embedded in them and there is no way organizations can do without harnessing the digital mediums for a better connected workforce. Its time HR takes ownership of the social media connects and communications across the organization and optimize the same for making better business decisions.
