Accorian appoints Piyali Bhattacharjee as head of people

A technology advisory firm, Accorian has welcomed Piyali Bhattacharjee as Head of People. She has joined Accorian with 16 years of diverse experience in people and culture.

Before joining Accorian, Piyali worked with Euronext Solutions as human resources director.

Piyali a seasoned HR professional has been in an HR leadership role partnering with business leaders for talent strategy. In her previous assignments, she had been consulting with startups across industries as a people advisor and had also been business partner HR for Infosys Technologies and Goldman Sachs in her professional contour.

Piyali has held a variety of key HR roles in intense and high-growth environments and has successfully conceived, set and managed critical projects in talent management. 

An alumni of the National Law School of India University Piyali completed her Master’s of Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. She is skilled in HR business partnering, talent management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and organisation development.
