Adani Wilmar Limited appoints Kaushal Parikh as Head- L&D and Employee Engagement

Adani Wilmar Limited has appointed Kaushal Parikh as the new Head - Learning and Development and Employee Engagement. In this new role, he will be responsible for leading the employee engagement strategies and reshaping them as the offices reopen. 

Kaushal made the announcement of his appointment over a post on LinkedIn. He has an experience of more than fifteen years over which he has held a number of positions in the HR domain such as manager of learning and development, talent management, capability building, etc. 

He was formerly associated with Bajaj Allianz Life as the Head- Of learning and Development, OD and Talent Management. He has also been associated with brands such as Vodafone, Mahindra and Mahindra and Reliance over his career span so far.

Adani Wilmar is the producer of agro-based FMCG products including edible oil, wheat flour, rice, pulses and sugar.
