Bert Labs appoints Sameer Rajpal as human capital leader

Global new age deep tech company Bert Labs has appointed Sameer Rajpal as Bert human capital leader.

Rajpal will work closely with chief executive officer and chief growth officer, and technology leaders to identify requirements of new talent, on their induction, training, empowering by laying the foundation of best people practices in place to target reaching an employee strength of 50 by end of December 2022, 150 by end of March 2023 and 250 by end of June 2023 with a health gender mix ratio, the company said in a statement.

“Sameer comes with proven track record and has worked with many well-known companies, so at Bert Labs we are looking forward him to co-owning the responsibility of identifying and retaining talent, implementing learning and development modules, HR strategy aligned to the business objectives and company HR initiatives,” said Rohit Kochar, founder, executive chairman and CEO, Bert Labs.

Rajpal comes with close to two decades of experience in strategic and innovative human resource management practices, high performing talent acquisition, organisational change management, performance and competency-based management in India and in global settings. 

“I am delighted to be a part of Bert Labs. I look forward to managing the HR process including human resource planning, recruitments, employee welfare and general administration and effectively demonstrating the abilities in evolving HR systems, policies and compensation,” said Rajpal.
