InsuranceDekho appoints Divya Mohan as CHRO

InsuranceDekho (ID) has announced the appointment of Divya Mohan as the chief human resources officer. In her new role, Divya will be responsible for spearhead human resources (HR) at InsuranceDekho, and build the people function to effectively support the overall business plan and growth of the company.

Divya who comes with more than 16 years of experience across large and diversified conglomerates as well as new-age startups, has expertise in change management, developing & managing a diverse workforce, leadership development, organization effectiveness, and total rewards.

In her previous stints, Divya worked with companies like Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd, VLCC Healthcare, Volvo-Eicher commercial vehicles, and OYO. 

Before joining InsuranceDekho, Divya worked with San Francisco-based health-tech firm Innovaccer Analytics as senior director – People Experience.
