Kraft Heinz India appoints Nayeema Kouser as Director GBS, Global Capabilities Centre

Kraft Heinz India announced the appointment of Nayeema Kouser as the Director of GBS Global Capabilities Centre. In this role, Nayeema will be responsible for overseeing and establishing critical operations and building global capabilities crucial for the success of GCC operations in India.

Nayeema brings a wealth of experience spanning diverse sectors including FMCG, IT services, Banking, and Reinsurance.

Her expertise extends to driving sustainable growth, transforming structures and processes, and instilling a culture of financial discipline. 

In her previous role, Nayeema worked as the Head of the Europe Finance Centre - GCC at AB InBev India. She has also held significant positions such as Managing Director of Global Accounting Controllership at State Street and Director of Operational Risk Management at Swiss Re.
