Travel tech firm Accelya names Funda Saltuk Stoica as new Chief Human Resource Officer

Travel technology firm founded in 1976, Accelya has announced the appointment of Funda Saltuk Stoica as its new chief human resources officer. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing Accelya’s recruitment strategy to support its work developing solutions to the global airline and travel industry.

Stoica is a thirty year old HR veteran with exposure in technology-focussed businesses. Previously, she was working with Deltatel as the head of IoT (Internet of Things). During her storied career, she has led large-scale projects to hire technology talent and develop offshore talent hubs with Alcatel Lucent and Veeam.

Stoica’s announcement comes at a time when the 46 year old company plans to open a talent development facility in Pune, India. It would initially host upto five hundred of the world’s leading airline and travel technology talents. The state of the art ‘Centre of Excellence’ will be launched to accelerate the digital transformation of the airline business.
