Leena Sahijwani joins Sun Pharma as VP-HR-R&D

Leena Sahijwani, the current Head of Rewards, South Asia at GE has put in her papers and is scheduled to join Pharmaceutical major Sun Pharma as the Vice President, HR, R&D and Quality and Talent Management.

The Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) alumnus, Leena has more than 17 years of experience spanning various industries and HR functional areas – HR business partner, talent strategy, leadership and talent development, employee relations, compensations and benefits, HR operations and recruitment. 

In her earlier stints, Leena has worked with Accenture as Services Compensation Lead (according to her LinkedIn profile). She has also worked with Hewitt Associates from 2001 till 2004 as a Senior Consultant. She was also part of the Glaxo Smithkline team as Deputy Manager HR.
