Hiring-tech startup HireQuotient secures funding led by Flipkart’s Binny Bansal

HireQuotient, A Singapore-based hiring tech startup that automates hiring processes for organisations, has received additional funding in a round led by Flipkart’s Co-founder Binny Bansal. 

The latest funding top-up comes after a pre-seed round which raised $1.8M in December 2021, led by ReNew Power’s Sumant Sinha, Great Learning’s Mohan Lakhamraju, Udaan’s Sujeet Kumar and Cred’s Kunal Shah.

The hiring platform was founded in 2021 by Smarthveer Sidana. The company offers 360-degree hiring intelligence including automating interviews and hiring processes. The organisation is on track to double its revenue within the next two quarters.

The funding will be used to accelerate the US expansion and build new partnerships globally. The company also announced the onboarding of four Go-To-Market Advisors with Robert McNutt, CTO of Forescout Technologies; Alberto Valarde, - Vice President, Mastercard LAC; Mary Shea, Vice President, Global Innovation Evangelist at Outreach; and Rissa L, Vice President - Strategy & Business Development at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.

HireQuotient’s solutions are used by over 40+ global industry giants including Boston Consulting Group, Global PMI Partners, Razer, SP Group etc., to improve the hiring process for their potential candidates. In recent months, the company has also hired technologists from Samsung Korea as well as experienced employees from SaaS unicorns for senior sales and marketing leadership.
