GreenHonchos to increase employee count- plans to hire over 250

Full-stack D2C enabler GreenHonchos has recently announced its plans to increase its workforce by more than 125% and hire 250 employees. This recent announcement is a result of the 300% y-o-y client growth that the company witnessed in the past year. With a growing number of national & international clients, GreenHonchos aims to serve them even better by building an expert workforce of eCommerce enablers.

Commenting on the move, Navin Joshua, Founder & Director, GreenHonchos said, “Our team culture & camaraderie reflects in our extremely low attrition rates, in comparison with the competitive space.”

He further added that trained talent from the industry is a rarity, hence Learning & Development of skill sets in-house is a sustained effort through this year. 

“We're rolling out GH Academy as a focused initiative to hone capability building across the organisation” added Navin.
