Citi has appointed Maneesh Menda as Global Head of HR Delivery, where he will lead a global team of HR Delivery & Support Partners to provide world-class HR services in support of the firm’s workforce.
In this strategic role, he will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to design, streamline, and optimise HR services and processes across geographies—ensuring a seamless and impactful employee experience aligned with Citi’s growth and transformation agenda.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Menda brings over three decades of global leadership experience spanning human resources, finance, audit, operations, and risk management. He has successfully led large international teams and driven people strategies across diverse markets.
Before joining Citi, he served as Head of Human Resources for International Hubs at NatWest Group, where he partnered with leaders across India and Poland to deliver on the strategic people agenda. His earlier tenure at Standard Chartered Bank spanned a decade, during which he held global and regional leadership roles across Reward, HR Operations, Business Partnering, and Shared Services.
His appointment underscores Citi’s commitment to building a future-ready HR function that champions operational excellence, employee experience, and strategic alignment across its global footprint.
