Cyient, a global Intelligent Engineering solutions and services company, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of two senior global executives as it accelerates its growth agenda across technology, strategic initiatives, and global markets.
Rajkumar Ravindranathan has joined Cyient as Chief Growth Officer, bringing more than 25 years of experience in building and scaling AI, digital, and engineering services businesses across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
In his new role, Rajkumar will focus on driving enterprise-wide growth, expanding market-relevant offerings, and advancing Cyient’s global go-to-market strategy. Prior to joining Cyient, he served as Chief Business Officer for EMEA and APAC at L&T Technology Services, where he led regional strategy, business growth, and P&L across non-US geographies. He was also a board member of L&T Thales Technology Services. Earlier in his career, he spent over two decades at Cognizant, holding several senior leadership roles.
The company has also appointed Harjott Atrii as Chief Business Officer – Strategic Initiatives, to lead the its technology business with a focus on Digital and AI, while deepening strategic expansion into new markets.
Harjott brings over 27 years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation across AI and cloud domains in the BFSI, healthcare, and hi-tech sectors, with leadership experience spanning the US, EMEA, and APAC.
Before joining Cyient, he was Chief Revenue Officer at Rackspace Technology, where he played a key role in driving growth through the launch of Private Cloud and Private AI platforms.
