Fiserv President Dhivya Suryadevara resigns, transition to conclude by July 31

Fiserv President Dhivya Suryadevara has resigned from her role, effective 7 July 2026, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). She will remain with the company as a non-executive officer employee through 31 July 2026 to facilitate an orderly transition of her responsibilities.

The company disclosed the leadership change in an SEC Form 8-K filed on 7 July. According to the filing, Suryadevara resigned for "good reason" under the terms of her offer letter and the company's severance and change in control policy.

Fiserv has not announced a successor.

Transition period to run until end of July

Although her resignation became effective on 7 July, Suryadevara will continue with the company in a non-executive capacity until 31 July.

According to the SEC filing, she will remain eligible to receive her base salary and employee benefits during this transition period to enable an orderly handover of her duties.

The filing does not disclose any changes to board or committee roles in connection with her departure.

As President of Fiserv, Suryadevara was responsible for advancing the company's strategic priorities, supporting business growth and strengthening capabilities across the organisation.

Before becoming president, she served as Co-President, overseeing Financial Solutions, Sales and Operations.

Fiserv's executive leadership structure following Suryadevara's resignation.

The company has also not disclosed additional details beyond stating her resignation was for "good reason" under the provisions of her employment agreement and severance policy.

For now, the transition period will continue through 31 July, after which Suryadevara's employment with Fiserv is expected to conclude unless the company announces further changes.
