Shiprocket has expanded the mandate of Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Saumya K, appointing her as Business Head of 10XPeople.Ai, the company’s AI-native human resource management platform.
The appointment took effect in July 2026 and adds business leadership responsibilities to her existing role overseeing the group’s people function.
The move places Saumya K at the intersection of people strategy and business operations, with responsibility for driving the platform’s growth, commercial performance and profit-and-loss outcomes while continuing to lead human resources across the Shiprocket group.
