EarlyJobs to onboard 10,000 women recruiters remotely by 2026

Recruitment platform EarlyJobs has announced plans to onboard more than 10,000 freelance women human resources recruiters by 2026.

The company said the initiative will provide remote and flexible opportunities for women professionals while strengthening its recruitment model. Founder and chief executive officer Saurav Kumar confirmed the plan in a statement.

EarlyJobs said the recruitment drive will focus on building a network of freelance women recruiters who will be able to work remotely and access hiring opportunities from multiple companies through the platform.

Kumar said, “We are like the port for recruiters. Through EarlyJobs, women professionals get access to multiple job opportunities from leading companies while working remotely and independently. With our platform, we’re not just offering jobs, we’re creating careers.”

The company said the plan is intended to address gaps in the workforce where many women leave full-time employment after college, marriage or maternity, often due to office-based requirements. The freelance recruiter network will allow women to participate in hiring processes without fixed hours or workplace commitments.

According to EarlyJobs, the programme will enable women to work from home or smaller towns and continue careers in HR recruitment while managing personal responsibilities.

The announcement comes at a time when the recruitment industry in India is experiencing reductions in HR teams as companies cut costs. EarlyJobs said its freelance recruiter model will allow businesses to maintain access to sourcing expertise without the overhead costs of large in-house recruitment departments.

The company said this approach positions freelance recruiters as central to the hiring process, providing companies with faster hiring support and candidates with broader access to job opportunities.

Targets

EarlyJobs has set a goal to add more than 10,000 freelance women recruiters to its network over the next two years. The company said these recruiters will not be restricted to working with a single employer and will be able to engage with job openings from multiple businesses through the platform.

Kumar said the model is designed to deliver benefits across the recruitment chain. “By hiring 10,000+ women recruiters, we are creating both social impact and business efficiency. Our recruiters gain financial independence, companies get faster hiring at scale, and candidates get access to jobs that were previously out of reach. Everyone wins,” he said.

EarlyJobs said the expansion is part of its effort to build a decentralised, recruiter-first ecosystem. The company said it will continue to provide tools and access to help freelance recruiters connect with companies and manage multiple hiring mandates.

The recruitment platform added that the initiative will be implemented in stages, with targets set through 2026.
