The influx of cutting-edge technologies such as GenAI into HR underscores their potential to revolutionize talent management. Although these technologies and flexible HR strategies have positioned HR to embrace change, many organizations still falter in executing change initiatives successfully.

The SHRPA Global Research Report 2024 found, among other key challenges, 64% of companies across APAC and Middle East are set to miss out on HR transformation, if it’s not people-centric and tech-enabled.

As part of our SHRPA Success Navigator: Leadership Interview Series, we talked with Ravi Kumar, Chief People Officer at Page Industries to find HR can overcome change execution barriers and improve its implementation strategies for 2025.
