Gifting brand Ferns N Petals has appointed Gautam Saraf as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the company announced today.

Ferns N Petals, with an annual revenue of Rs 600 crore, has a network of more than 400 outlets in about 125 cities across India.

“Ferns N Petals family welcomes Gautam Saraf as Chief Human Resource Officer. Saraf brings along a great in-depth understanding of the HR and training industry. His rich experience and focused approach will be a great asset to the FNP group and will help in scaling up business growth and change the lookout, bringing immense talent across levels,” said Vikaas Gutgutia, the Delhi-based company’s founder and managing director.

With an overall experience of more than 20 years in the HR and training space, Saraf brings with him a deep understanding of the management of large-scale business transitions, building talent framework, culture and learning. In his new role at Ferns N Petals, Saraf will be responsible for stimulating the growth of the company.

His strength lies primarily in building a high-performing team by bringing insights and deeper understanding on a wide range of issues. His good understanding of business and finance, and the interplay with HR has earned tremendous respect with all stakeholders, cutting across levels.

He has previously worked with leading companies like McDonald’s, Yum India, VFS Global, 24Seven Retail, and Colorbar Cosmetics.
