UKG, a global leader in workforce management and human capital solutions, has announced the appointment of Paul Broughton as Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region. This significant development was shared by Broughton himself through a recent social media post, marking a new chapter in both his career and the company’s regional operations.

“I’m excited to be joining UKG as Managing Director, Asia Pacific. The opportunity to work with organisations across the region on some of the most important workforce challenges really resonated with me, especially at a time when clarity and trust matter more than ever,” Broughton said in a LinkedIn post.

With a proven track record in driving business growth and fostering customer-centric cultures, Broughton brings extensive experience to his new role. He has previously held various senior leadership positions at Cornerstone OnDemand, consistently demonstrating an ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver strategic results.

Over that time, he has worked across every layer of sales and go-to-market, from frontline leadership to global operations and enablement, supporting organisations as they scale, adapt, and grow across diverse markets.

“As Managing Director, Asia Pacific at UKG, I lead the business across the region and work closely with customers to help them better understand their workforce and make confident decisions in complex environments,” Broughton’s LinkedIn profile stated.

Broughton describes his leadership approach as people-first and practical. “I believe technology should simplify work, support better decisions, and create capacity for people to focus on what matters. I’m particularly interested in how insight-led platforms can help organisations build trust, navigate change, and create better workplace experiences,” he said.

Broughton’s appointment is expected to strengthen UKG’s presence in the Asia Pacific, supporting customers as they navigate evolving workforce challenges and embrace new opportunities.
