PI Industries appoints Kamali Rajesh as Global Chief People Officer

PI Industries has appointed Kamali Rajesh as its Global Chief People Officer, effective immediately. 

Rajesh will be based in Dubai, and will be a key part of the group's leadership team, accelerating its innovation-led growth across agrisciences and fine chemicals.

Rajesh brings nearly three decades of global human resources leadership, with deep experience across agriculture, automotive, manufacturing, and consumer goods. She is widely recognised for building scalable people systems, strengthening leadership pipelines, and enabling enterprise-wide transformation across diverse geographies and complex organisations.

Prior to joining PI Industries, Rajesh spent over eight years at Syngenta, where she held several senior leadership roles, including Global Head – People and Organisation Development, Head of Human Resources APAC, and Head – HR ASEAN. In these roles, she led large-scale talent, capability, and organisation development initiatives across multiple markets.

Earlier in her career, Rajesh held key HR leadership positions at Ford Motor Company across Asia Pacific and Africa. She also built strong HR foundations through her stints at PepsiCo and Vibormech Engineering, gaining hands-on experience across both global corporations and engineering-led organisations.

In her new role at PI Industries, Rajesh is expected to play a central role in advancing the company’s global people strategy, leadership capability, culture agenda, and talent transformation, aligned with its long-term growth ambitions and evolving global footprint.
