Facebook has appointed Rishi Raj Gupta as the company’s HR Head for India operations. He will be leading HR business partnership for all functions and teams of FB based in India. 

Prior to joining Facebook, Rishi was the HR Leader – Sales at Cipla. In Cipla, he led a strategic HRBP role in North, South and UP Business units, responsible for more than 6500 employees impacting a sales turnover of over Rs 3000 crore. As per his LinkedIn profile, he was part of Cipla's core HR Leadership Team and focussed on HR transformation, providing consultative and strategic partnering efforts to business leaders to maximize organizational performance. Develop a people-oriented organization culture that emphasizes high performance, care and collaboration. 

An alumnus of Delhi School of Economics, Rishi’s expertise lies in Talent Strategy, People Leadership, Strategic HR-Business partnership, Start-up ventures and HR Transformation, Leading HR execution excellence, Leading Talent Management in large-scale multi-geography businesses, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development.
