Winners of "The League Awards - Total Rewards and Wellness 2018"

The winners of this year’s league awards was announced at the ‘Total Rewards and Wellness Conclave 2018’ in JW Marriott, Mumbai. The league awards recognize companies with leading best practices. The finalists for the award had the opportunity to showcase their case study in front of a jury and audience at the conference this year. In addition to the five categories from last year, this edition included a six category especially for benefits for working parents. Here are the winners and runners-up

1)    Best in Aligning Benefits – Recognizing innovative benefits bouquet that includes a right mix of employee-centric tangible and intangible benefits

2)    Best in Building Careers – Recognizing organizations that are providing the best opportunities for career progression and learning as part of total rewards

3)    Best in Culture Architecture – Recognizing organizations that report high engagement in the workplace ( Presented by BI Worldwide)

4)    Best in Holistic Recognition – Recognizing organizations that are adopting innovative methodologies to recognize employee performance. (Presented by O.C. Tanner)

  • Access Healthcare - Runner-Up


5)    Best in Wellness – Recognizing unique wellness programs and high employee coverage

  • Optum - Winner

6)    Best in Benefits for Working Parents – To recognize progressive companies that are designing work-parent-friendly initiatives that ensure productivity and inclusiveness. (Presented by KLAY Schools)
