Real Time Data Services (RTDS), is planning to expand its number of employees in India by recruiting more than 250 employees in 2020. 

The group of companies offering IT solutions in the field of communications and cloud computing has begun its talent acquisition drive for its headquarters in Gurugram. Currently, there are about 300 employees at their headquarters. The organization plans to strengthen its headcount by recruiting about 250 people across various levels in the organization even including hiring at the C-Suite level. 

Other departments that are going to see expansions in 2020 include: web development, networking, HR, quality, sales and marketing, serversupport. With a plan to focus on double campus hiring this year, the company plans to target Tier 1 Management Institutes and Engineering Colleges. 

“There is a huge demand for young talent and we are looking for people who are willing to push the envelope on innovation and creative thinking,” said Dr. Sangeeta Chhabra, Founder and MD, RTDS. “Most of our clients are global and thus, we require self-driven employees who can take on the most complex problems and present superior quality work.” 

RTDS is in search of campus placements in all departments and have been interviewing candidates from institutes such as IIM, DCE, UPES, The Northcap University, Jaypee Institute of Technology, Apeejay Institute of Management, BIMTECH, Amity and DIT, etc. 

As the cloud computing and communication field witnesses growth, the company plans to increase its total IT spending by 15 percent in 2020.
