The technological advancements in the world of work has pushed us to the brim, hurrying our minds into knowing everything there is to know. From L&D, talent acquisition, employee experience to data, analytics, AI, wellbeing, we need to know it all to be one-step ahead of the game. But just like everything else, understanding the why of your pursuits makes it easier to win it all. 

At Asia’s largest HR and Worktech conference, People Matters TechHR India, we want you to master the art of the possible as you design for the unconventional. With a carefully curated roadmap, we unveil the latest themes or as we believe them to be, solutions to help you reimagine the future of people and work. This year, the tracks are business growth, future of tech, tech for impact and velocity to shift. 

You might be curious as to why and how these tracks came into being? Here it is:

Business Growth

We have all heard the buzzwords like agility, speed and impact. But how do we design and grow future-ready digital organisations that navigate through the challenges with genuine action, insight and foresight? We wanted to design a theme that uncovers new ways of orchestrating work and through it, we hope to help CEOs, COOs, CHROs, CIOs, CTOs learn the art of accelerating flexible work arrangements with insights from global and regional business leaders. You can also find inspiration from the game changers of different industries on their vision and the ways in which emerging tech will transform work in the next decade. 

Future of Tech

The one question on everyone’s mind is, how can we harness new-age trends and technologies to unlock business possibilities? This theme was curated so we can better understand digital innovations such as Supercharged AI/ML, blockchain, 5G and IoT, among others that are built for impact in the future of work. We believe that with each advancement, contours of new iteration are beginning and for CHROs, CIOs, CTOs, and functional HR leaders, it is critical  to understand how the convergence of technology is shaping the current talent and business landscape. Each of the sessions in this track will get you inspired to leverage the new generation of technology to enable teams to innovate, collaborate and be more productive and engaged.

Tech for Impact

With artificial intelligence, there are breakthroughs being made across industries such as healthcare, quantum computing, education, automotive, bioscience, data, finance, gaming and internet of things. We thought, why not introduce a theme around technological solutions designed to enhance experience, collaboration, productivity and efficiency. In short, a broader perspective on the application of technology to solve people and work challenges. CHROs, L&D heads, TA heads, Total Rewards heads and talent leaders, who are in the midst of disruptions, can now learn how best to leverage tech. That’s not all!
