India Salary Increase Survey Hints towards Cautious Optimism

The focus for organisations will be more on performance differentiation

AON Hewitt conducted its Annual India Salary Increase Survey which predicts the all India average salary increase across industries to stand at 10.6% for 2015, higher than major Asian countries. The figure hints towards optimism for the year. However, considering the fact that the previous decade had projected a high double digit increase, the past 2-3 years projects plateauing of salary increase. Below are the predictions for this year.
