After two and a half month long process and with over 190 applications, the winners of the “ The League Awards - Total Rewards 2017”  were announced at the People Matters Total Rewards Conclave 2017 at a gala ceremony in Gurgaon. The awards were aimed at assessing the best practices in total rewards and to give companies an opportunity to showcase their impact. The five  categories were:

Best in Aligning Benefits: To recognize innovative benefits bouquet that include the right mix of intangible and tangible benefits 

Best in Building Careers: To recognize best practices in total reward strategies that provide career progression and learning opportunities.

Best in Culture Architecture: To recognize teams reporting high levels of engagement

Best in Holistic Recognition: To recognize innovative efforts geared at recognizing employee performance

Best in Wellness: To recognize unique wellness programs with high employee coverage
