The institution’s placement brochure mentions that out of 100,000+ applications that it receives year over year, about 2,500 are shortlisted and only 360 among them are finally selected for the two-year PGDM programs. The institution has a minimum criteria of around 90 percentile score in the Xavier Admission Test or over in 650 in GMAT for a candidate to be shortlisted on the GD/Interview stage for PGDM (GM) program. XLRI’s alumni feature among the most illustrious in the Indian industry across human resources, marketing, finance and consulting.
