Transformation will require changing mindsets: Kapil Sibal

I appreciate the choice of the theme chosen for the National HRD Network’s 14th National Conference, ‘Towards the Next Orbit’ – it is both topical and timely. For the Indian economy to become the world’s fastest growing economy, it will be imperative that the organizations and individuals involved embark on a journey to a higher orbit. This transformational journey is bound to be challenging as it will require changing mindsets and bringing about radical reforms in existing systems, structures, processes, protocols and practices in the Corporate and Government sectors alike. I am sure that the Conference will help to throw light on specific measures, reforms and policies that would assist in the transformation. I expectantly look forward to receiving a copy of the proceedings of the Conference.
