The inaugural edition of the People Matters Infini-T Awards concluded successfully at Asia’s Largest HR & Work Tech Expo – TechHR India 2025, held at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre on July 31, 2025.
The Infini-T Awards are designed to elevate India’s talent landscape by recognising and honouring excellence in Talent, Tech, and Transformation, where purpose meets practice. These awards are not just a badge of recognition but a gold standard for innovation, spotlighting organisations that seamlessly integrate cutting-edge technology with purpose-driven strategies.
More than an awards ceremony, People Matters Infini-T is a movement, magnifying visionary leadership, fuelling mentorship, fostering knowledge-sharing, and nurturing a culture of continuous growth. People Matters Infini-T Awards: Selection Process
Nominations were invited across three categories: Revolutionary Teams, Visionary Organisations, and Individual Icons. Winners were shortlisted through a rigorous two-level evaluation: Level 1 by the Assessment Jury, featuring 13 senior HR leaders, and Level 2 by the Grand Jury, comprising 24 esteemed CHROs.
Winners weren’t just evaluated on outcomes, but also on the intent behind their initiatives, their honest acknowledgment of setbacks, and the valuable learnings from failure. The spirit of Infini-T was assessed across key parameters:
