People Matters LLC Awards 2026: Meet the winners shaping leadership, learning and culture

The People Matters Leadership, Learning & Culture Awards 2026 concluded in Mumbai on 8 October, bringing the spotlight to organisations and teams turning people priorities into measurable capability and business impact.

Held at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai, the ceremony concluded a day of conversations at People Matters LLC 2026 on workforce liquidity, skills intelligence and the changing architecture of leadership, learning and culture.

Following the inaugural edition in 2025, this year’s awards continued to recognise organisations that are moving beyond conventional training and culture programmes to build stronger leaders, adaptable workforces and more resilient businesses.

The evaluation went beyond participation figures and polished presentations. Entries were assessed on their purpose, design, execution and impact, with future capability, leadership agility, cultural resilience and organisational context central to the process. Following the nomination deadline, submissions underwent a People Matters editorial and research assessment before moving to jury evaluation, supported where required by data validation and qualitative review.

Across 18 categories, the awards presented 21 Gold, 23 Silver and 11 Bronze recognitions.

Persistent Systems emerged as the most recognised organisation with seven awards. Its three Gold wins came in Learning & Development Team of the Year, Enterprise Learning Strategy of the Year, and Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience Partner of the Year.

TVS Credit Services Limited received four awards, including Gold for Most Innovative Use of Learning Technologies and Best Leadership Acceleration Program.

Capgemini Technology Services India, IndiaFirst Life Insurance, Airtel Payments Bank, Morningstar India, Infosys–Finacle, Perfetti Van Melle India, LatentView Analytics, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles and Mahindra Research Valley were also recognised across multiple categories.
